An ideal customer for Zylinc is a medium to large enterprise (commercial or public) with a large number of employees engaged in customer service or collaboration with colleagues or partners where real-time personal interaction over the phone and other communication modalities is important.

Zylinc:
We have two main product categories. One category is Call Center oriented, the other category is for those types of situations where customers are calling a person on a direct line in the company - or a call gets transferred from the Call Center, down or to the department, directly to a SME (Subject Matter Expert).

We provide tools for corporate workers who have interactions with customers or colleagues. E.g., we provide personal computer tools with switching and forwarding capabilities. You can immediately see who is calling, you have automatic access to relevant customer information, you can check any colleague's presence and availability, you can answer and reroute their calls and much more. These rich facilities and functions enable all employees to provide a personal, precise and efficient service towards customers and colleagues.
