 OFFLINE | Came in to have N10K phone credit restored. Peak wknd foot traffic. 3 agents. No welcome/customer attendance system. No air/fans - although present. Disoriented atmosphere. Chimaobi Ewurum served me after 26 min wait. Then sent to supervisor. A lot of talking/yelling between staff across the room. Issue unresolved. Could have sold me step up plan.
