OFFLINE | for burning poison ivy/oak that is growing on his property? I was working on my lawn two days ago and began to smell something really funky coming from my neighbors house three houses down. After a little while my whole body began to itch terribly, but I could figure out why so I went inside my house to a shower and I changed into some clean clothes. Ive also have been experiencing some trouble breathing normally. Ive been taking a lot of antihistamines and I went to the doctor yesterday for a cortisone shot. After talking with one of my neighbors, who is also experiencing many of the same ailments I having, I wondering if it would be possible to sue a neighbor for compromising/endangering my health due to the burning of the poisonous plants on his property. I know which neighbor was burning the plants. It is evident from his burnt land.
Im asking the people here because the free legal advice clinics in my area are closed for the holidays.
Please respond. I'm miserable as hell right now from the itching and burning.

OFFLINE | yup. you can sue anyone unless you have a signed document stating that you will not sue them.

OFFLINE | If you can prove what your saying...yes, thats all that matters is the proof that his actions have caused you harm. |
