I do not like boys at all . . . but I like men.

Words like man, men, even grown ups sometimes get semantic. So I'm curious: is being a bad boy being a man? Or is being a bad boy one of many ways a guy can be a man?

One thing I will say about my attraction to bad boys (not used sexually!): I love watching them do battle with each other; they make for great entertainment

Actually, that last thought pertains to bad-girls too

I remember a time when I thought bad-girls were great for sport-phuggin. And then I realized just how unfortunate STDs can be :/

I agree, it's just semantics.  When referring to genders, especially in a flirty way ... I often say boy and girl or girl and guy ... guess it's just my silly, playful side

From Urban Dic:

BadBoy:  A young man who has many characteristics of a naughty boy: he's independent and willful; he does what he wants when he wants; he doesn't follow trends, they follow him; he often looks scruffy, but hip; he's not looking for trouble, but there's a sense of danger about him. For these reasons and more, he's irresistible to women. He's a heartbreaker with five o'clock shadow.

Humphrey Bogart was the original badboy.

Well, I can certainly understand an attraction to heartbreakers

I don't think it's a matter of semantics at all. I don't know any men who refer to themselves as boys and I'd almost bet they'd find that a bit offensive. And I have no desire to have my heart broken by anyone, which is why I prefer men over boys regardless. . .
