 OFFLINE | I have been using internet and different sites on the internet were I can interact with people since the beginning of - the mid 90s', i.e. long before Facebook. The first site was a playsite which was called Funcome, where I used to play Backgammon and talk to people, all around the world. There were very few sites like that in the beginning.
So what is it that is so special with Facebook. I mean there are special sites which directed to youth (Lunastrom) which I have no interest to join but I have never looked at Facebook as a certain site directed to only youth. So I do neither understand this question. Oh well, I guess they have rooms for everybody. |

I fully agree with this. I have been on since the 90's and started with 6 Model Railroad forums, there wasn't many forums around at the time but plenty of chat rooms.
Orriginally fb was geared towards College students not the youth anyway to get technical.. |
