Here is a hint: the key is the distilled water. Yes it can be done with tap water. But between using both distilled and tap water the success rate for tap will be extremely low, statistically.
So the idea is that the minerals and other non-H2O things in the water are heavier than the water, and the less of that in the water influences the water being able to maintain its shape and motion? I'm trying to grasp the physicalities here and it's driving me nuts that I cannot go outside right now and try it. |
