He messaged me asking me who he could contact (he'd mentioned he'd already contacted Alan Walker, which is correct because he's the administrator) to find out why he was banned, by who and in what subforum. Unfortunately though, he is now banned from every sub-forum in the English Facebook forum.  Can someone tell me why he was banned so I can tell him? Is there anything he can do to be reinstated?

He stated he recieved no warnings before being banned and he has no way of finding out why.

If moderators are going to be alllowed to ban people, I personally feel there should be some accountability for that ability. After this, it's seems bannings can be without warning the person of their actions first, or telling them why they were banned. There should be some form of recourse and possible reinstation for anyone "mistakenly" banned (even though most bannings will certainly be justifiable), but also there is an explaination for the ban to say point blank what happened.
So I formally request that the banning moderator's name and the reason for the banning be required information for a moderator to add during the steps they take to ban someone so the info then can be listed our/this page:

I removed the ban
I did not ban him. However, there must be a bug on the system. Working on it.
