OFFLINE | Hello, I have a 30 day feeder in my #7 tank that has quit working. It should have right at 9 days left. Please advise the fish have sad little faces  I have tried placing it in my chest, but with no luck) Thank You in advance... |

OFFLINE | The site has been VERY slow lately. It is taking a long time for my fish and decorations to even show up. And visiting some friends' tanks is slow also, and impossible to clean their tanks.
Are you working on a solution? It's been going on for several weeks now and sometimes the page freezes and I have to reload. I already updated my software and emptied cache, so that isn't the problem.

Autofeeder works once in 7 minutes, so even if the fast-growing fish have sad faces, they don't actually get totally hungry so to stop growing.
If you refresh the game web-page you will see, that your fish are full. |

I have always used the same browser and had no problems until this week. Fish are not loading, fish count not working and backgrounds not loading or very slowly. I can't get anything to load in full screen, and slow as heck in small screen. It ISN'T my browser. I have no other problems with other games I play. (And both my husband and I are on FB a lot) |

OFFLINE | I accidently put 6 or 8 seahorses into a tank with a dolphin [WHO WAS NOT HUNGRY OR I WOULD NOT HAVE PUT THE OTHERS IN].I came back next day and they were gone ..Is there a way I can get those sea horses back ? It took me a long time to gather the coins to purchase them . I am devastated .. |

So you cleared your browser cache and switched the browser, and nothing helped?

Are you even looking into the problem or just assuming I am an idiot with no clue?
