 OFFLINE | Hi - I was just in playing my game and saw a floating diamond so I clicked on it and it went up to my diamond section. Then I went to send a gift box to one of my neighbors and I couldn't get into their tank. So I eventually refreshed the game but when I came back, the diamond was gone from the diamond collection at the top. Administrator, can you help? Thank you. |

Hello Herre.
It seems like you haven't saved the game. There is no floating diamond registered in your game log. Sometimes the counter is not updated immediately - it takes a few, even tens of seconds. It is advisable not to close the window until the gray wheel on the left bottom is spinning . If you still have closed the game, the operation did not manage to take place.
