Hello Bobbie.

Perhaps your computer's performance is low. If you have too many decorations in your tank it can slows down the game loading. Try to keep them to a minimum. Also, before starting the application, close all tabs in the browser; do not open any applications programs, so all the resources can be spent on the game.
