Is a flasher or an under water camera system better for ice fishing? Or is some other type of electronics better yet? Please explain.

I love the outdoors, whether I have a fishing pole in hand or a gun or just sitting and watching mother nature and all her gifts to us. And I like listening to other peoples experiences AND KNOWLEDGE for that is the best way to learn.
