As PART of the process to apply for a job and be hired by Lifebushido, theres an option to Form/join a Triangle. Lifebushido will hire up to 10 more people for Lifebushido using a social experiment to create Lifebushido Triangles.

We use groups of three people, called Triangles, to help to organize new hires at Lifebushido. I want to do a test to see if some recruits who have a passionate interest in joining Lifebushido and feel connected to our Lifebushido Vision are able to form Triangles on their own before being hired, and we would then hire a Triangle of three people at a time.
