Hello Julianne.

Wheel of Fortune. Task Collector - to collect (to win) a collection in mini-game Wheel of Fortune. List of all collections can be found at the top right corner of mini-game called "My Collection". Collectibles on the wheel marked with multicolored fish.
As soon as a collectible item is won in the Wheel it will count in the collections. So it is not necessary to keep all collectible fish - grow and sell them as regular fish from a store. Predators will not eat those fish.

As well as take a look at our photo album in the group Aqualife 3D called My achievements, where you can find photos which explain how to complete some tasks.
