Hi Admin,

The rules say: Every day you enter your aquarium you gain bonus coins and experience units - the higher your level is, the more coins and experience you get. For every next level you'll get 1 diamond up to 50th level, 2 diamonds - up to 75th level, 3 diamonds - up to 100th level, 4 diamonds - up to 150th level and then 5 diamonds for every reached level.


I am level 59 and every day when I enter my tanks I get just 1 diamond. Can this be corrected and is it possible to get back diamonds?? And how much cash is given every day?

Hello, Kitt!

According to your game log, you a a VIP-status owner, so you should get 1 diamond per day and 3 diamonds each 5 day in the game (if you don't skip days).

Hi Admin,

That means every five days I am missing three diamonds.... 1 x 4= 4 + 3 (5th day) = 7 when it should be 5 x 2 = 10

If what you are saying is only 3 diamonds on the 5th day, then the rules should be updated. But I like how the rules are now.

The rules say "every day that you enter your aquarium, you'll get 1 diamond up to 50th level, 2 diamonds - up to 75th level, 3 diamonds - up to 100th level, 4 diamonds - up to 150th level and then 5 diamonds for every reached level.


I'm at level "59" so every day when I enter AquaLife 3D I should be getting "2" diamonds until reaching 75th level, then it is 3 diamonds every day....

Please, READ what's really written under the game:
"Every day you enter your aquarium you gain bonus coins and experience units - the higher your level is, the more coins and experience you get. I'm at level 59 so according to the rules.... 1 diamond up to 50th level, 2 diamonds - up to 75th level, ..... I am 9 levels past 50 level soooooo when do I start getting 2 diamonds every day that I enter my aquariums? At level 75? or at level 50?

I just rechecked the rules and you are referring to the rules under the VIP whereas I am looking at the rules here:

You can also apply various backgrounds and decorations, buy additional tanks, complete tasks in 'My achievements' section, send gifts to your friends and participate in the weekly contest for the most beautiful tank.
Please, take notice of the fact that any exposed tank can be excluded from the contest without any explanation. The entrance fee in this case gets returned to the tank owner.

This is your tank. Here you can see coins and diamonds you have on your account, experience obtained and needed for the next level.
In the top right corner you can see the number of the tank you are in and the total amount of tanks you own. There you can also see the tank occupancy scale. Initially everyone gets one ten-fish tank. You can upgrade it or buy another tank and decorate it the way you like.

Your tank will periodically need cleaning. You can clean it with a sponge your mouse pointer turns into. If you don't clean your tank the fish can get sick and die. Fish can also get sick if not fed for a long time. Happily you can always cure or revive your fish and pets for coins.

It looks like you are confusing the rules for daily bonus and rules for levelling up. (Not really surprising in this context, as they don't make an effort to separate them clearly!)
