Do you think there is a problem with a little boy having his toenails painted bright pink?  What about clothes etc for babies...blue for boys and pink for girls?  Men, do you have a problem with wearing anything pink?

Looking at the picture, I see a little one who got a hold of Mommy's polish and did what he sees her doing with it ... paint nails.  Perhps she did it on purpose and if she did ... so what ?  It's her child.

Would I paint my boys' toenails pink ?   No ... and even if I wanted to doubt they would let me.

I am the sister of a gay man ... it's my opinion from experience that most people are born bi, gay or straight ... those tendencies are there at birth and painting their toenails or playing dress up is not going to sway them either way.

Author David Dieda, in his book “The Way Of The Superior Man”, suggests that humans are evolving with a gradual depolarization between the genders. And though I feel that’s true, I don’t feel this depolarization happens equally or at the same rate from one place to another. Where I live, males of any age would greatly increase their risks of being both emotionally and physically abused if their painting their nails or toenails pink were somehow outed. Sad, but true.

That said, yes, I’d have a problem, selfish and unfair as it may or may not be, with my son painting this nails – period. However, if humans weren’t so intolerant of non-conformity and each others authentic individuality, then I doubt this would bother me. But since we do not live without these intolerances, my opinion is only my best guess; I haven’t experienced a tolerant world yet.

I don't see nail polish as an issue. And I know a few grown men who have let their little girls polish their toenails . . . all I have to say to them is, "You rock!" And men in pink shirts are pretty hot.

I'm sorry...I just don't see why some people have a problem with this. Is it a guy thing?  Maybe someone can explain it to me.

I suppose I'd have less of a problem with it if the mom had also dressed her son in a tutu and made him carry a matching purse.

Pink, of course!!!

Lol, you mean pink nails, a mean looking go-tee, and a Dukes Of Hazard lunch pail don't go together?

1. How do you spell go-tee?
2. I'm terrified of 7 year old children growing go-tees!
3. I really liked my Dukes Of Hazard lunch pail! (although it might have been a little too much for 12th grade!) (kidding) (kinda) (oh, nevahmind)

I see no problem with it...I wore these walking a 5K because of a challenge I made to some people to raise the extra charity bucks that the walk was dedicated...those are size 15, 5-inch stilletos...someone brought me those stockings (for an extra donation) and a black and pink boa...
