Let's start talking beer!

Have you had an amazing beer lately that you'd like to rave about?  Are you looking for a beer you love, and want to let local bar owners that you'd happily patronize their place if they put that beer on tap?

I live in Northern Michigan.  I just got home from my honeymoon in Portland.  Had a great time using Taplister while in the city. Michigan is growing as a beer state; hop production too.  Bell's, Founders, Short's...  I did check a "bag" of beer flying home.  Russian River IPA, Upfront Oyster Stout,  Firestone and others from Portland.

I wish the breweries could ship direct much like the wineries do...  WTF, what's the difference.  Brewery clubs, direct shipping every 6-months, monthly ect.

I agree with you on wishing breweries could ship direct.  I love Bell's, and wish we could get it here.

I also wish you could mix your own six pack back east like we can do in Portland.  I visit family in Ohio periodically, and I want to try several Bell's beers, rather than commit to a six pack of one style.
