 OFFLINE | My neighbor asked me to vote for his tank but I cannot find it in the list of tanks I see when I click on the pedestal. Why can't I find his tank? He says he's had no votes because none of his friends can find his tank. |

To participate, please, push the round button on the left picturing a pedestal.
How do I choose the tank to be exposed to the contest?
You will expose the tank, in which you push the round button and then the green button "Participate".
Why don't my friends see me in the list of contest participants?
We tried to make the contest absolutely fair, as the list of works you see is renewed every 5 minutes and every tank gets shown the same number of times.
(There's no 'search friend' option)
My work is not in the list for a long time already, why?
The more works get exposed, the less often your work will get shown. |

OFFLINE | Sounds like a big rip off to me if you can't see your friend's tank to vote for it.... I wont be risking my ten diamonds for this unfair contest....
You guys should have made it where we can see all the entrants, not just an arbitrary few every 5 minutes... ridiculous!

So I agree with you: Not a fair system ... you would certainly have to wait nearly an hour to see ALL ! Who has the time? I do not. :/

I have observed this contest quite from the beginning (I also take part in it...) and it is unfortunately a fact that the first... maybe 100 people (?) you can no longer catch up to their "likes" or "points"!
The following who participated later, have no chance, because people have no time and no desire to watch all "with this system".
So it is not a fair system!
It is also very confusing... An extra window that opens, where all are visible on my account in the points-ranking, that would be fair! Then everyone certainly would look at all.
In THIS system you would have to make otherwise maybe a participant limit of maybe 500 (?)people (then maybe only 30 prices?). That would be 5 Lists to watch ... it´s also about 25 minutes ... would be ok, I think...  |

OFFLINE | -too pity!!,but i have lost all the excitement i had about this contest in the beginning...
the reason is that as far as i have seen, the contest is totally -TOTALLY- unfair....
as i have noticed,
many times iam visiting the other aquariums for vote the best, the software of aqualife3D repeats the same and the same aquariums...
aquariums that i have ALREADY voted i like them and aquariums i have ALREADY rejected because it was nothing special about them....
i am combining this fact with the other fact, that i see too many special aquariums, with a lot of work have been made at them by their owners, having too little acception (about 5-30 "likes" only, after 3 days the constest is running) and on the other hand other "poor" aquariums with almost nothing to show, they appear to have a huge acception from the voters (about 100-200 "likes" after 3 days of contest)
this weird contrast it makes sure to me that unlike with what you claim,, -all the aquariums they ARE NOT EXPOSED-ARE NOT APPEARED the same number of times to the public!!!!!! therefore this contest HAS TO BE CANCELLED ,REVIEWED AND REMADE SOON!!!!!!!!!!! (by the way, the idea of interaction among the players and reward the best aquarium themes was brilliant guys.. ) |

1) The contest works will be all checked before publishing the results.
2) That's the way voting works now:
- on every game loading a user gets a random list of contest tanks
- the list stays unchanged until a user re-loads the game or reaches the end of this list and keeps viewing the other tanks |
