 OFFLINE | We've had a case of a local woman who was videotaping in front of her house...and asked to go back into her home. She was charged...and today....the case was thrown out of court.
Interestingly, after she was charged with this crime.....friends of hers who were meeting to discuss her case were "ticketed" for being too far from the curb -- nearby where this meeting was. One of them videotaped THREE officers writing parking tickets. Do you think this is a bit too much????

OFFLINE | Based on what you've told so far, it certainly sounds like the police are harassing them. Why was the woman charged in the first place? What law had she 'supposedly' broken? And why do the police care? |
