Hi my name is Linda, my mom married this man Walter Leon Powell he had 4 kids left my mom when I was two (1954) but his real name is St Tel Walter Leon Greaves - his moms name is Rosealine or Roseale.  He had a sister Marion, she was married to a Bradshaw.  He has a brother St Beltron Greaves and I think his fathers name was George.  He had a sister Ester, two nieces Carol and Laurel and maybe a sister Caroline.  Ester lived in Montreal (Canada) and I remember Marion lived in Halifax Nova Scotia when I was only maybe 4 (I am 59 now).  I tried to find him when I got older and so did my mom but found nothing just this Beltron but he would hot answer me back.  I just would like to know something about my dad before I die - my mom is gone 2 years ago so now it is just me.

You didn't mention which island this Beltron Greaves and your father Walter came from - but I've assumed you meant St. Vincent.

Beltron Greaves and his wife Linda (of Dorsetshire Hill, St. Vincent) can be reached on telephone 784-456-5269.  Back in Dec 2003 he did say his mother was Roselie Mofford (her sister Rhoda's married Benjamin Fredrick Mascoll) and his father was Oscar Greaves (brother of Rita Murphy-Henry's mother's father Floyd Hughes Greaves).  Oscar's father was Thomas Greaves (who married Helen Gibson).  Thomas' brother was George Greaves (who married Malvina Gill).  Rita left St. Vincent in 1963 and now lives in Birmingham (England).
