So, I emailed Sue and cc'd in others.  Anne said that the volunteer training has been delayed.  So we've got a little more time.  It'd be good to get started on our volunteer plan shortly.  Maybe monday?

Oh has it? Do they know til when? Probably a good thing as currently there's nothing for teams of volunteers to be actually doing.

I've got started on the volunteer recruitment and training manual - but that's mostly for organizers on how to groom and deploy volunteers, an actual strategic plan and timeline would be very useful in addition to that. Monday works for me!
