We am looking to find a Jill of All trades to assist with a multitude of admin, accounts and social media duties to work under a ABN contract agreement.

First of all you will need a sense of humour and be willing to be flexible with your daily duties that may include processing invoices, updating spreadsheets, sending bulk emails, chatting on facebook and posting comments on business pages.

Looking for a fast paced thinker and good at getting the job done right first go.

The successful applicant will have a diverse background with good administration experience and social media knowledge. Excellent working knowledge of WORD, EXCEL & OUTLOOK is essential.

Hours can be  between 9 - 4 but not limited to this and across 7 days...

Looking at a min of 10- 15 hours per week but will expand as the business does.

So to start just 2 - 3 hrs per day. ( Perfect for nap time )

You will need to supply your own ABN and have your own home office with Internet, Phone & Fax.
