So... I was going through the grocery ad and saw a product I've never heard of. So I googled the brand name, Talenti,  and found their website. I used their 'contact us' link and here is what I wrote:

I have just learned of your products for the first time ever! and I love your many flavors of Gelato. Do you offer coupons or have a mailing list for savings and special offers? I would love to be a part of it!
Please mail any coupons to me at: (my address filled in here).

Then I went to their facebook page and 'liked' them. Here is their email response within 24 hours:

Dear Meredith,

Thank you for taking the time to write us.  I love hearing from our loyal fans.

It is so great to hear that you love our flavors.  Our production team takes a lot of pride in producing an amazing product.  I will be sure to pass along your kind words to the rest of the Talenti team.

Thanks for sending me your mailing address.  You should receive some coupons in the mail within the next 7-10 business days.

And thanks again for being a fan and do not forget to check us out on Facebook!
