Passwords are your first line of defense from those that want to steal your information, (banking, business and personal info). It can all be used for identity theft, fraud, cleaning out your bank account or cleaning out your house or business. They can be an irritation to some but they are a necessary evil. DO NOT use PASSWORD as your password or 12345, and use one that you cannot forget. If you can use letters, numbers and symbols in combination, for good measure use different casing for letters too eg: Myronvs1 could be used as Myr0nv$1, or if you want something really long use eg: Myr0nv$1 with an id number or cell number after it: Myr0nv$10836763528 .

Ideally one should change password every now and then, but this can be inconvenient and one can lose track of passwords, it happens to me too. I have found that if you do have some favorites and you do want to change them often, then just tag the month that you are in in front  of it, eg: MayMyronvs1 or M@yMyr0nv$1.
