hello. i have recently contacted JoyMax to merely ask a question about the host transfer from JoyMax to GameKing. however, they never actually answered my question. and even though i explicitly stated i wasn't interested in cancelling the transfer and only wanted to inquire about it... they sent me back a statement saying my account will be deleted October 27th...

OH MY GOD!!! WHAT THE HELL!!??!?

i have tried contacting support through My Q&A on joymax.com. however it states, "Data dows not exitst.". there is another button that says, "Contact Support" it only gave me options for Silkroad games. but i tried putting a request in there anyhow. however, i don't think the request went through. when tying to submit only a blank pages shows, and i have tried a few times.



either way, i have no clue how to go about contacting JoyMax in order to tell them to not delete my account.

i hope someone can help me.
