Facebook has accepted my credit card and I can purchase from other games and have purchased diamonds from Aqualife 3D in the past.  Am unable to do so at this time.  Instructed to contact app developer.  I don't know how to do that.  Please advise.

Before yesterday on 04.02.2014. I tried to buy diamonds with my bank card. The game said that my card
was rejected, but my bank said that the transfer was succesful! What can I do in this situation? How can
