I am an anesthesiologist in private practice and we are looking to purchase an ultrasound machine for our OR for regional blocks.  I thought I'd touch base with you to see if there is any particular ultrasound machine that your group likes and why? Is there one you might recommend for easy usability, excellent resolution, and presence of a printer attachement? I have used the M-turbo, but I thought I'd ask you what you think of some of the newer machines out there.
