 OFFLINE | Since digitalic is focusing in releasing some digimon that never appeared in games or other midia before, i suggest this evolution line for Veemon:
Veemon[rookie] > Veedramon [champion] > AeroVeedramon [ultimate] >Ulforceveedramon [Mega] > Magnamon[Burst Mode]

OFFLINE | Just to let you know, "Digitalic" as you said is the ones releasing new digimon. They already have a set of digimon they are working on. So for this to even come true, you will have to wait a bit longer till the announce it in KDMO |

OFFLINE | Because Veemon is in Imperialdramon evo line, I think that the best evo line for Veedramon should be inspired to Zeromaru, Taichi's Veedramon and is formed by
Agumon->Veedramon->AeroVeedramon->Ulfroce Veedramon->UlfroceVeedramon Future Mode
maybe it would be better with a SnowAgumon that has similar colours and is different from the normal Agumon that evolves in WarGreymon,or else the evo line could be
Veedramon->GoldVeedramon->AeroVeedramon->Ulfroce Veedramon->UlfroceVeedramon Future Mode |

I dont know if you understood me, but yes, digitalic is the one releasing new digimons, BUT, they always keep an eye on english forums of the global versions of their games, back at DBO we mobilized the comunitty and digitalic introduced Betamon based on our forum's petition. And digitalic in fact has a schedule of digimon to release, but they always keep one slot as a secret, and based on their forum sugestion decides wich digimon will fill it.
And about the other comments, i really love veemon,like many other players, so i think it would be unfair if ulforceveedramon were released without veemon as his rookie form, and magnamon its as a burst mode because he is a royal knight version, but i dont mind if he comes as rookie form or champion slide evolution, it could as well be:
Magnamon> GoldVeedramon>Aeroveedramon>Ulforceveedramon >BM:Ulforceveedramon Future Mode X |
