 OFFLINE | Hello, Yesterday i bought a ukash voucher worth £40.00 i spent 19.00 on 300 silk for my brothers account so i came to buy 300 silk for another £19.00 on your website today and when i type in the code and the voucher amount i get redirected to the joymax website, Which says that their was a "PAYMENT ERROR" and "Please try again from the beginning." now i have tried at least 15 times now, Could you help me ? I want to buy the rest of my silk, I have opened a support ticket ages ago and still no answer... It is getting kind of irritating since im not sure if U-kash vouchers have a use by date! |

OFFLINE | Hi Lewis. Please send a ticket to Support by logging in your account, then go to Support > QnA > Contact Support. Make sure that it's under Digimon Masters with Payment as Category. They will be able to help you more with this problem as they can check your transactions. |

OFFLINE | are you using the same code? if so there is your problem, you didn't get your receipt code, which has your change on aka the rest of the money which is £21, you have lost that now because you just click off instead of reading. |
