TZA History
Tza was founded by zombietom.

It all started on the original xbox thanks to xbox live. The game that started the clan was   unreal championship . Unreal championship was a very hot game at that time with many clans.So the first steps were taken to set up a clan.The idea- A group of gaming zombies- so was born
The Zombie Army!
TZA started very small with only 2 members,zombietom and my son zombieguts.We quickly added about 8-12 members the first couple of days.TZA was giving gamers a chance to join TZA regardless of age or skill level and As our skills on unreal championship grew so did our memberships and respect among other gamers.I seen the need for a website,so i set one up and it worked well for clan info,squads and members lists.So the official founding date for TZA clan is 7/27/2004.

Tza was growning fast and we quickly added a UK Squad with over 12 Uk members. Tza now had a worldwide base and would quickly branch out to other games like: Halo 2,rainbow six black arrow,ghost recon 2,timesplitters and counter strike.

Our first clan matches were on Unreal championship, after losing our very first match, TZA ran off Four big wins in a row and established itself as a force on Unreal championship.Tza was well respected in the world of unreal championship with about 5 clan members in the all time top 10 kills list leaderboard for deathmatch, no small feat.

Tza was still expanding and with the addition of Reflect to our clan,the clan website would quickly become the meeting place for our clan members with many new features that made it easier for TZA to function and grow.

Our next major improvement was our domain name,it bacame tzaclan.com but after a problem with our web host we lost that domain and had to switch to tzaclan.net. Tza was able to obtian our former domain tzaclan.com a few years later, call it poetic justice.

Over the next couple of years TZA had several tournaments,contest and clan matches. Memberships swelled into the 100s.

Once the xbox 360 came out, some was thinking that TZA was over with but that was not to be the case.We continued to grow and expand.TZA branched into PC games and the playstation 3. Now TZA has members on original xbox,xbox 360,PC,Playstation 3 and the Wii.

Many of our very first members are still active for TZA today, They have been a solid foundation for TZA.

All the above members are still active for TZA as of 4/2/11.These members along with several others have been very loyal to TZA and provided a solid foundation on which to grow the clan,and many of the new members have followed their lead.

Now years later TZA is still going strong, with many active members of all ages,locations and skill levels. TZA also provides our members with a Clan Chaplin (dreamthief TZA) to help any members cope with any problems they might have or if they just need to talk to someone in total confidence.

TZA Clan is also listed in the end credits of the zombie movie THE FOREVER DEAD!

TZA has many members who do TZA videos,sigs,banners and recruiting to help the clan. TZA is like a big family, we might not have it all together sometimes,but together we have it all. TZA plays with respect for others and tries to get along with all gamers.

Currently TZA has squads on Black Ops,Halo 3 and GOW just to name a few. Memberships are still growing and with our many loyal members TZA is here to stay.

Update - 4/2/2011
After about a year of slow time TZA is ready to regain it's glory. Many updates are taking place that will help the clan gain an edge.
