i add the body code into the wordpress page, however i'm not sure where to put the header code regardless the forum comes up but you have to scroll the forum as only a small portion shows up on the page. all i want to do is control the height of the height of the forum and set it to 100%

Couple of things are wrong on the page you integrated your forum.
First, http://themadmonkey.ca/fBulletin.htm is missing.

You should use "Embed your forum into a website" menu on the admin panel of fBulletin: https://apps.facebook.com/fbulletin/admin/index.php

Hello.  I'm having the same problem.  I've added the file to my website: http://ferrignofit.com/fBulletin.htm
I've added the code to my page header
I've added the code to the body.

But whenever I update my page, I get a 404 error.

Use this code for adding the forum inside a wordpress page:

<iframe src=https://forums.fbulletin.com/?forum=whateveryourforumlinkis width="99%" height="900" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Depending on the height you will have to play with the size. 900 worked for me. I tried to go with 100% but that didn't work.
