Travonna, located near Stonewall's Center on High (High St. and 5th Ave.) is a very welcoming place for the LGBT community.  Good wifi, generally quiet enough to chat, and aside from the occasional panhandler, a very safe place where you won't be harassed at all.  I've personally been in there when, by coincidence, there were more transfok than cisfolk just drinking coffee and doing their thing.  The art is all local and always changing too, so that's a nice addition to the classic coffee house vibe.
