OFFLINE | another simple, but effective technique for increasing the technicality of a verse and improving flow.. basically a transitonal links seperate rhyme schemes together to help it flow nicely between the change in sounds.. you use this at the very start of a new rhying couplet (2 bars)..
eg..
cuss at who you want, take on the whole group if ya can..
but avoiding my lines definitely wasnt your stupidest plan..
cause i "SWOOP WITH MY HANDS", peck at eyes with my types
the raven craven grey matter, magestic when in flight..
that bolded part is the transitional rhyme.. which links with the previous rhyme scheme of "group if ya can" and "stupidest plan".. its basically just a cnntinuation of the previous rhyme scheme, at the start of a line of a new rhyme scheme.. which makes it all flow nicely and adds one extra multi to your verse.. |
