SEC has postponed the operation of their earlier notification No. SEC/CMRRCD/2010-201/37 dated May 10, 2010 until further order in connection with change of face value of listed companies in the stock exchanges. In this circumstance, all listed companies shall restrain from all sort of activities related to change of face value to Tk. 10.00. (Ref.: SEC's letter No. SEC/SRMIC/94-231/60 dated February 02, 2011). |
