I am trying to come up with a decent business plan and I need much insight!

-How much to charge per hour?
-Marketing techniques?
-Ideas on cape accessories?

Anything that comes to mind I will take into consideration. I want to do all I can to make this into a massive success.

So far my plan is:
-Today I will be building my web site and designing business cards
-Tomorrow until 12/11 I will be making 1 cape per day and posting them on my web site (they take about 5 hours) and continue at that rate on 12/13
-On 12/12 I will be ordering my business cards
-I plan to do frequent travels to New York in January to catch some eyes and hand out business cards and check out some shops to sell in. (Any ideas of where?)
