 OFFLINE | Hi Jo.
try ringing the clinic where you had your consultation, to get an appointment to see your surgeon, if no joy, try ringing the hospital where you had the operation, and demand an appointment with the surgeon.
also, check the www.hughjames.com website, they are the solicitors who are dealing with alot of claims, they seem to be able to keep up to date with all the latest news, so well worth checking their home page.
you can try to see your doctor too, some doctors are helpful, some arnt, maybe you can get a MRI scan, to see if they have ruptured or not.
Try to get as much information as possible, and not just the news paper reports, as these are not legal, just opinions. there are some good points in them, and some useful info, but there is also alot of negativity from the general public, we all try not to read the publics opinions bits, as they just wind us up. xxxx
MOST IMPORTANT, try to stay positive, and dont worry. we all know its hard, but we are all here to support each other. hope this helps. xxxx
