I don't mean to harp, but one thing I have been harping on is sitting on a rolled blanket (in yoga class, at desk, in car etc.) so you're not contracting the low back and causing low back tension or pain. Also, this positions the uterus in optimal alignment which also aids in good baby positioning. And I just came across this 12 second video that demonstrates this perfectly:
