ALL NEEDED:

• Rooted Phone:
• microSD w/ free space of 500mb-1gb
• CWM Recovery: Link>how_to_port_in_cwm_recovery_to_your_a818

CWM Legend:

• home key/Vol UP = UP
• menu key/Vol Down = DOWN
• back key = BACK
• search key/power key = OK

HOW to Enter in CWM Recovery mode:

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down+ Power buttons at the same time. Release Until two line messages appear then Press Volume UP  to enter recovery.

Step by Step Guide "how to make BACKUP":

1. goto to CWM Recovery mode.
2. Go to "backup and restore" with Volume Up / Down buttons.
3. Select Backup with Power button.
4. After backup finished, select reboot system now.
5. Done Backup..

NOTE: ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM) will make a backup on external SD card. And will store the backup at clockworkmod>backup> folder based on date and time. Make sure that you make full system backup of your phone with CWM from time to time to avoid data loss. Prevention is always better than cure…

Step by Step Guide "how to RESTORE your BACKUP":

1. goto to CWM Recovery mode.
2. Go to "backup and restore" with Volume Up / Down buttons.
3. Select Restore with Power button.
4. Select from sdcard available backup date you have created.
5. After restore finished, select reboot system now.
6. Done Restoring..
