I see there's a minimum requirement of 10 characters in Title, and 50 characters in Message. I wonder what's the use of this. Ok, for once, I can accept the 50 characters minimum requirement would work, but the 10 characters in title, that's non-sense. I've to many times add some other word to make it up to the level.

Like, my last post was "Bleach", but it gave me error and I had to write "Bleach Anime". It's frustrating!

Ok I didn't experimented title limit is 5 characters or not, but in the error message, it still says that minimum 10 characters are required.
