 OFFLINE | Hi, all,
The manual pause function along with updated software version should be released around mid-Feb. Users can manually pause the device. We will annouce this release on FB wall. Thank you for your patience and support! |

OFFLINE | Sadly it looks like Bryton's early promise to investigate this problem has not materialized. I will therefore be sticking mine on e-bay and buying over the odds for a Garmin and advising any other riders looking for a reliable GPS Bike Computer to steer clear. |

OFFLINE | Hold off an that Mr Strong, Bryton did say MID FEB for the release. Give it a bit more time. And as an owner of both a Garmin 800 and a Rider 50 I think I have a pretty good perspective on things. The grass always looks greener on the other side.
But, yes, A pause button on the Bryton would be a very good feature. |

OFFLINE | Just downloaded the latest firmware software for my 50T unit and its there at last and works great. Many thanks but why this was omitted in the first place, especially when the unit was advertised WITH a manual pause function is beyond me. |

OFFLINE | Just did the update also. Will be checking functionality on a ride this afternoon.
Really seems as though Bryton is listening to their customers - which is great!
Now the one function that I can't wait for to arrive is the possibility to use your own OSM data (as announced).
But I'm pretty positive that they will keep their word on that one as well. |
