 OFFLINE | Bryton,
Please can you provide some info on when this bug will be resolved -- it has been outstanding now for about 6 months.
Scenario - time is set in the unit and on BB2 as GMT+1 which is the current time zone for the UK ..
Start a ride at 09:00 and it is recorded in the unit as starting at 09:00 ... when upload it to the website it changes the start time to be 10:00 even though the unit itself correctly tracks the right start and end times.
Please provide detail on when this bug will be resolved |

OFFLINE | I have the same timezone as you, but no problem at all after uploading to BB2.
The only problem I have with timezones is that, when you upload a ride to BB2, you can't see that the same day in 'My Dashboard'. You can see that ride not sooner than the next day. |

OFFLINE | And to be specific -- will the new software update include a fix for the time bug ?
Could you also please either via this forum or any other mechanism you fancy (BB2 etc) please list out every single patch that is being put into this update ?
A little bit better on the communication front -- acknowledgment of issues and a running bug list including what you are actually working on for each release and crude planned timelines would go a VERY long way to helping with your customer base who are continuing to remain loyal as believe your product lines could dominate the market if the care and attention and bugs are ironed out. |

 OFFLINE | Bryton,
On the 11th of October you said a new software update would be out next week -- it is not 2+ weeks since your last post -- do you have an update on when the release is coming out ? Also will you actually answer the question on what is in the release ? |

OFFLINE | Tim the 1 hour time bug has been known by myself over 2 months ago and I am waiting for the update for work out patch few weeks now.
Testing needs to be done, and yes some people have been waiting much longer than yourself :-)
I have been told expect something early NOV |

 OFFLINE | Hi,
We are doing some final tests and surely will expect to release the version soon. We will also try to list out the difference of the new version so that it makes more sense for our users to update. Again, thank you for your understanding and patience! |

 OFFLINE | Stephen,
Not sure I follow your random broken English - The time difference patch has been a bug for about 5 months now not 2 - it is one of many bugs along with the gpx export problems that have been broken for many many months with little update and no communication on when they will be resolved.
Are they fundamental bugs -- NO -- are they annoying yes -- is the communication problem worse than the bugs YES .. as for the workout bug -- as you know it was introduced in the last release -- you have bleated on and on about it -- not entirely sure how many people even use the workout function as few people mention it as a problem ....
I do look forward to the next release but would have been nice to hear more from Bryton on what is being worked on and what is being tested instead of a bland acknowledgment that communication needs to improve.

 OFFLINE | Hi Tim
You're probably right Tim is longer than 2 months.
Not many people use work out !
gather you're one, one thing about using work out originally was you had abil;ity to compare and use extra software that was not used if uploaded a normal track with out workout link.
What annoys me about BB2 is how useless the calendar is if your not using work out, I have used Garmin before and I am sure you might have done too thge calendar gets lots of use even all tracks uploaded appear on it, you can add weight updates too plus more.
Bryton have lot to learn yet and maybe they have some aces up the sleeve yet but still not sure sure where Bb2 is heading myself.
Broken English... yes I am lazy sometimes when so fed up waiting for replies , time lines and what is been worked on would been nice to knows. |
