 OFFLINE | but i'm tired of getting told the same thing by the dumb support thing on their website. I paid for premium silk on november 14th and i still have not received any of it, and every time i write their support team they tell me to wait another 24 hrs, which i've been doing for far over a month, over and over. how the hell can i talk to someone about this and get my silk? i paid for premium silk, and i should get it. if not then this is fraud, am i right? please help me someone, give me a number i can call or something that helps with this. i have a sequence number for it, mtcn number from western union, and my receipt/ paperwork from the western union transaction. PLEASE HELP. |
