And yeah I was playing my singleplayer, then I made a portal to Nether to grab some Netherrack and soulsand. After i grab some of that items, i came back to the portal and it brought me to my other singleplayer account which i deleted a few days ago. Now i'm stuck and I cant get back to the last place. I tried entering to Portal several times, but it brings me to the same place. Please Help. Thanks.

Hmmm... don't play single player too often, so I don't really know how the regular world vs the nether works. I'd start in your .minecraft/saves directory though, see if you maybe have some remnants of your old world still in there, perhaps?
