We just launched our own iPhone/iPad/Android app through The Church App out of Seattle.  Great backbone and process for launching your own church mobile app.  A little quirky to setup, but we've been very pleased with the final product.

It's pretty sick.  One time setup fee (depending on how many platforms and what you want to offer) and then a monthly fee.  A worthwhile investment for us.
