The US SBD federation have been very busy suing people in court for use of the MDK term and logo. They actually had a Korean instructor arrested for falsely ranking people in the MDK using copies of certificates.

They've also gone so far as to start a new website:http://karatefraud.biz

I know they tried to sue the Kovaleski's recently in court and that battle wages on. I also believe they are suing the WMDK General Federation as well.

Busy, Busy.

Personally I say let them have it. Let go of your emotional attachment to the words Moo Duk Kwan and the fist logo. Focus on growing your school/style, wish the federation luck and focus on being the best you can be. Many MA organizations that left the federation actually prospered and outgrew it doing just that. Your history is your history and no one can take that away from you but forge your own path build your own future, don't tie yourself to an organization that your not happy with and is not happy with you.
