Has anyone else seen this documentary...which is narrated by Matt Damon??  Went to see it today....and it had me really really angry at our financial institutions...but even angrier at our government and even our current president...that they still don't have the regulations in place that they should have.  Let me know what you think.  Here's a synopsis of the film:

'Inside Job' provides a comprehensive analysis of the global financial crisis of 2008, which at a cost over $20 trillion, caused millions of people to lose their jobs and homes in the worst recession since the Great Depression, and nearly resulted in a global financial collapse. Through exhaustive research and extensive interviews with key financial insiders, politicians, journalists, and academics, the film traces the rise of a rogue industry which has corrupted politics, regulation, and academia. It was made on location in the United States, Iceland, England, France, Singapore, and China.

Not sure if anyone else goes to  http://www.imdb.com  but that is where I go to see what films are about.

I haven't seen the film but it is clear that too much power has been accumulated by a cabal of banks.  Having said that, it's the same with retail and other areas of life like the media where monopolistic competition has replaced free market competition.  None of this is in the public interest, dangerous and destroying capitalism
