Only ever used 2 shoes with any real sense of seriousness.

Mizuno Wave Inspire which have seen me through EVERYTHING in 2012. **** shoe! Love them.

But recently got some Asics that I used for the Huntingdon Beach Half Marathon and the 1st Battlelion 1st Marines 5k. Very comfy.

What do you use?

Hiking:  Brooks Cascadia (Only worn twice but so far so good!)
Walking:  Brooks Dyad (Every 5k or longer walk has been very comfortable with this shoe.)

Everyday wear: Brooks PureConnect and Brooks Adrenaline GTS.

The PureConnect is a great, comfortable, light shoe.

I've been doing a lot of looking online for new shoes.  Looking at Waffle Racers, Inov8's, and NB MT110's.  Not sure what to get but I'll look into those Mizunos!

I bought them as a road-running shoe in England.

In my ignorance, I used them for trail and OCR too, but never had an issue. They took such a beating! Spartan Beasts, Hurricane Heats, 3 or 4 Half marathons, a full marathon, various other OCR's... I even played cricket in them and only now are they starting to fall apart. Some 2 years later.

Best shoes I have ever worn.

I love how Cricket was the kicker.  I looked them up on 6pm.com and there's some as low as $65.  I've only ever raced in some 2 year old Saucony's as well as cheap Adidas I bought at Costco.  I'm starting to get more serious so I need a serious shoe.  Thanks for the tip!

Depends on what I am doing.

Trail running: NB MT10 or MT1010s, depending on terrain
Rucking/Hiking: Asics Gel Scouts.  My feet don't like Inov-8s.
Street Running: NB 3090

I love my MT110's for OCR's. Great for wet conditions. I don't train in them. To minimal for regular use, particularly when dry. And they're cheap right not too since discontinued.
I have Inov-8 roclite 295's and compared directly within Mt110s at Malibu. Like Mt110s better. Roclites actually seemed to suction to the mud more. But the Inov-8's do look way cooler.
I won some Asics cumulous 14's about 8 months ago and love them for everything else. They've even been to the top of half dome.
My Hoka One One's are interesting. Ridiculous cushion, which theoretically should equal less impact over long haul. I wore them at the amphibious assault and they worked great, even when wet and sandy. They are a trail shoe.
There are so many shoes out these days though. Not many in a 2E width though.
