Months ago I wrote a blog entitled "Where Are The Feminists." http://www.all-for-lib.com/2010/08/where-are-feminists.html#more
The point that I made in the essay is that Women's Lib had little to do with women's rights. If it were about women's rights then where are those feminists now? Why do they not oppose such things as this young girl's death. My conclusion was and is that Women's Lib was simply another part of the Progressive movement.
