OFFLINE | I don't live in the U.S & I'm not too old so I don't know many of the presidents, Obama said change, but not much good change has happened :/

OFFLINE | -I vote Lincoln. Obama has only been president a year, and until 50 years or so have passed since a president's final term, I would say it is too soon to know how positive an effect a president had.
