OFFLINE | I thought I read somewhere that Coffee, something I consume a lot of, weakens the immune system. When I had a cold in December, I stopped drinking coffee completely while I was sick, and much to my surprise, I felt 100% better in just 5 days. I normally hang on to a cold for weeks. But I'm not sure which was worse; the cold or abstaining from coffee :/ |
