I have to take a few moments to Thank you for such a special reunion.
Your Hotel staff was amazing, I’ve gotten so many emails, calls etc Thanking me for
choosing Internatinal Palms Resort for our Reunion.  Your staff was absolutely amazing
always helpful, and a smile.  We had our problems awhile back trying to make reservations, But
once they arrived they were so impressed with the hotel and how it was run. I do know we had a few
in our group that are in the position to book with large groups in the future, I was so pleased to hear
that they will definetly be back at your hotel.

I especially have to Thank you, I know I am rather demanding and you have gotten a number of calls
from me not usually that pleasent and you held tight and comforted me that all will be taken care of.

I must say your General manager is pretty lucky to have such a professional person on staff.  I am attaching a few photos fromt he reunion.

Thank you Warren for being there and calming me down each step.  Your a great promoter for the hotel.  They should have a purple heart award for you, you definitly take the sting before the event takes place and did a great job.
